Rental Terms


  • Customer must have a valid driver’s license - a copy will be kept on file.
  • Customer must be 25 years of age to be eligible for rental.
  • All drivers of the rental should be present upon checkout.
  • Customer must have verifiable full insurance coverage that extends to a rental.
  • Customer must have a valid credit card for payment at the time of checkout along with a $200 deposit.  The deposit will be held until the vehicle has been returned and checked in.  Any additional fees incurred will be charged at check in or the deposit will be refunded in full.


  • A 48 hour cancellation is required, if not, a one day charge will occur.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Only verifiable Service Animals are allowed - please inform us prior to reservations.
  • No smoking - all vehicles are nonsmoking.  If evidence of smoking is found, customer will be charged $150 clean up fee.
  • Vehicle is to be returned with the same amount of fuel as at time of check out, otherwise, a charge of $6.50 per gallon will incur.
  • There is a $150 fee for excessive soils, stains, odors that are beyond regular wash and vacuum.
  • Cars are to be returned during regular business hours.  Vehicles left on our lot after business hours are the renter’s responsibility until turned over to our company and an evaluation of the vehicle is completed.
  • Vehicles must be returned by 10am or a half day charge will incur.
  • Vehicles returned after 2pm will be charged a full day rental.
  • If a key is lost during the rental, the customer will be charged for a replacement.
